2024 CHARM CITY SUMMER SOCCER OPEN SESSION & GK TRAINING (4 SESSIONS) - EARLY REGISTRATION
Charm City Summer Open Sessions will primarily focus on developing players technical ability. The first session will begin at 6pm, June 3rd at St Timothy's Highschool in Stevenson, MD. Session will go from 6pm-7:30pm weekly and will run until the end of June.

Ages 11-18 years old welcome and opened to all genders. Sessions will be run by the Charm City Coaching Staff. Due to their collegiate coaching & work schedule, coaches will not be available to attend all sessions. We will post the schedule of coaches and what days they will be attending prior to the start of the sessions. We will also look into bringing guest coaches (pro/collegiate coaches & players) in once a month to help design and run the training sessions. Lastly, we will look to rotate the coaches each session, so they'll be working with different age groups each time. We believe this benefits the player greatly by receiving different input and being exposed to different coaching styles. Open Sessions will run weekly throughout June for Summer Session I & July for Summer Session II. These Open Sessions will primarily focus on developing the player's individual technique. In regards, to receiving, passing. dribbling, shooting, etc. Mark Plaisance (Fmr DC United & Loyola Performance Coach) will run the performance side of training which will focus on improving different attributes of players physical ability including agilities, plyometrics, sprint work, core work, fitness etc. Charm City will offer packages of 4 sessions for the Open Summer Sessions.

-Players will be broken into smaller groups in their age groups to adjust to similar player's skill level and age.
-All Genders Welcome
-Experienced Soccer Players are recommended at the older age groups. Sessions will be design for high level players at the HS age. At the U12-U14 all skill levels are welcome but travel level soccer playing experience is recommended.
